The new Isabelle Vets L’Islet surgery was officially opened by His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor and Lady Corder on July 13, 2017. The private event was attended by all of the practice staff, contractors and people who have helped make this possible.
The new surgery offers clients living in the north of Guernsey the opportunity to have a consultancy care service for the pets. The excellent access and car parking facilities which allow one to walk straight into a modern, air conditioned reception and multiple consult rooms will make the visit efficient, caring and effective.
A procedures room, fully equipped with anaesthetic and minor surgical care will help speed your pet’s care and recovery. We have several veterinary surgeons at L’Islet providing consultations from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and until 12.30p.m. on Saturday. The emergency service is through our main surgery at Route Isabelle on 723863.
Two unique features are the excellent Siemens CT scanning unit providing cutting edge diagnostics under the care of three experienced and fully trained veterinary surgeons and the extra-large ‘Hydrophysio’ facility in the hydrotherapy and rehabilitation centre with three trained hydrotherapists and a rehabilitation nurse in attendance. We hope that the whole community will embrace the new facility and all pet lovers are welcomed to visit and view the new surgery.
