You can book an appointment up to one month in advance, choosing your preferred surgery, vet, date and time based on the availability shown in the booking form. You are able to amend or cancel your appointment online up to six hours prior to your appointment. If you prefer, you may also call the surgery during normal opening hours on (01481) 723863, to speak to a receptionist.
Please phone (01481) 723863 at any time of the day, to speak to reception during normal opening hours and an on-call vet outside of normal surgery hours. If you are unsure if you require an emergency appointment, please call first and our team are always happy to assist you.
On occasion, our on-call team may be busy with a patient and unable to answer their mobile phone at that moment in time. Please leave a message so that they can call you back the moment they are free.

If you require an appointment for an Animal Health Certificate for travel, for your pet(s), please contact the surgery on 01481 723863 to book an appointment, as we need to verify that you have everything required to allow an approved vet to sign the certificate.
You can register your pet with Isabelle Vets in advance of requiring an appointment, to save you time when you do need to bring your pet into the surgery and to setup or record pet insurance details and petcare history.
You can still book an appointment online prior to registering your pet with us, but we will still require you to complete a customer/animal registration at the surgery. To make things easier for you when visiting the surgery for the first time, you can complete the registration process online (via the button below). If you prefer, you can also email us at vets@isabellevets.co.uk with the same information requested on the form.
