Request a repeat prescription

In order to allow clients the convenience of online ordering, we now offer an online repeat prescription request service for pets registered with and previously seen by the Isabelle Vets veterinary team.

Complete the simple three-step process below to request your repeat prescription.

Please be aware that a veterinary surgeon may only prescribe Prescription Only Medicines (Category POM-V) for animals under their care.

In the case of flea or worming treatment, the animal must have been seen in the previous 12 months. In the case of repeat prescriptions of medication for a stabilised case, the vet will need to check the animal every three to six months, but this may vary on individual circumstances. The vet needs to have seen your pet recently enough to be confident of their state of health before prescribing. Where required, the standard charge for a re-examination will apply.

Please allow 48-hours notice for all prescriptions/repeat prescriptions.

These guidelines have been created in the best interest of the care and treatment of your pet, and to safeguard their health. On that basis, we reserve the right to decline a prescription request if we feel that an animal's overall health and safety is potentially at risk.
